We had purchased another vehicle this past summer at this dealership and were super happy with our service that we wanted to go back where we knew we would be taken care of. The salesperson listed to my desires/wants and was able to find the right fit for us. Salesman lied to use, Peter didn't care We bought a brand new Odyssey the summer of 2015. We decided to buy new instead of used for one reason and one reason only. Keyless entry. My wife We bought a brand new Odyssey the summer of 2015. We decided to buy new instead of used for one reason and one reason only. Keyless entry. My wife has a history of locking her keys in her vehicle and the salesman said "It will be impossible to lock your keys in this van with the keyless entry". Fast forward to November of 2016 and guess what, my wife locked her keys in the van. Impossible? Nope, dealership confirmed that. So we were point blank lied to. My wife talked to the sale manager, Peter, who took zero responsibility for the situation. His solution: come down to the dealership and pay $5 to have a key made. Yeah, wouldn't even comp the key. Didn't care about us or our situation. After posting reviews online was contacted by Chad W who clearly cared about what happened and made a large effort to address our questions. The initial experience was still poor and the support prior to Chad getting involved was disappointing at best. More
