He was very informative and not your average car salesman that follows you around and hassles you. He was professional yet down to earth and very willing to work with us. He listened to what we wanted. We were very surprised that he had been there under a year as we both thought that he was a senior salesman. Best car-buying experience I have ever had I worked with Syed Zaidi. He was awesome in all regards. Friendly, low pressure, accommodating and patient with all my questions. Bait and switch, lies, and incorrect information I started my shopping with Jerry. He was wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions over the length of a week. When my husband and I I started my shopping with Jerry. He was wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions over the length of a week. When my husband and I went in on Friday, we were greeted by Jeremy and immediately told him that I was working with Jerry. He assured me that, though Jerry was off, he was taking care of all of his clients. He played it well. We attempted to purchase a 2015 van, after asking several times if Jerry was going to get credit. Jeremy assured me (lied to my face) that Jerry would get credit for the sale. After filling out financing forms, we were told that the van had already been sold to someone else, but they had a 2016 (for $8000 more) that was just like it. BAIT AND SWITCH, much?!? We walked. The next morning, the original van was miraculously available. We went back, and got a better deal than we would have the previous night, luckily. I later learned that Jerry did not, indeed, get any credit for our sale. Jeremy is the type of guy that gives car salesmen a BAD name! Once I started making noise on social media, I learned that all of my friends who have shopped at Wilde have had terrible experiences! I wish they had been more vocal before this week!!!!! I later spoke to Wilde's PR guy and told him our whole story. I am still very displeased with the process itself, but I appreciate their follow-up. Jerry did end up getting credit for our sale (so he told me), and that made me much happier. He deserved it! I'm still not running back to Wilde, or pushing my friends over there, but at least I feel like I was heard. More

Great customer service in all departments! Because we were in the market for a specific model of Honda Odyssey EXL (2015 or 2016 Certified Used with low mileage), the selection near us in Illin Because we were in the market for a specific model of Honda Odyssey EXL (2015 or 2016 Certified Used with low mileage), the selection near us in Illinois wasn't fitting our goals. And if there was one that did but was slightly out of our budget range, no one really wanted to work with us to make it worth our business. Everyone we talked to wanted to persuade us to buy brand new, which was even more out of our budget range (hence why they also wanted us to consider financing, which we didn't want to do either). Through autotrader.com, we found that Wilde East Towne Honda had a surplus of the exact model we were looking for. They worked with me over the phone rather quickly to land on a final deal, gave me a general range for what my trade-in would be worth to them, and then reserved the van for me until I could arrive in person over the weekend. Overall, the price was very fair for a minivan that is practically brand new. We got a great deal on a 7 year, 100,000 mile comprehensive warranty. And the trade-in value they gave me for my car definitely was more than I would have gotten elsewhere (such as a CarMax). All the people that had to help us through the paper work were very nice, and the other staff were always very courteous, polite, conversational, etc. They all made us feel very welcome to be there and well worth the 2 hour drive! He was very knowledgeable about the cars, prices, ect. Very pleasant to work with and never felt pressured what so ever into having to make a purchase. He even took the time to allow us to put a rear facing infant car seat in one of the cars just to put our minds at ease. Did I mention he did all of this even after knowing that we were just looking to view and not purchase a vehicle that day?! He definitely sold us on the 2016 Civic and we ended up emailing him that night. His responses were timely and he even worked to get us the exact color vehicle we wanted from another dealership due to them not having the one we wanted- we were being picky. He worked very hard with our narrow time schedule to get everything ready for us with the car and it was greatly appreciated! On the finance side, Brent Alexander was a pleasure to work with. He made the experience painless and got through the content in detail quickly! He worked with the price we were seeking while adding in the most for our money. Overall experience was great and we will definitely be returning to this dealership! More
