Very Pleased! My afternoon began with an appointment at a different dealership to view a few minivans that they were supposed to have available. When I arrived, none of the vehicles were there and needless to say I was disappointed and frustrated. I went to seven different dealerships that afternoon and was impressed with three of them. I entered Wilde East Towne Honda with the same purpose and expectation. "I'm looking for a great minivan for an out-the-door price that fits my budget, under $7500 after trade." I sat down with Daniel and he showed me the options that they had. I told him that I didn't want to waste his or my time test driving something that was outside my budget and he was very understanding. Looking at vehicles it quickly was evident that nothing was really in my budget, but without being pushy Daniel brought up the carfax and brought over the manager to talk numbers and the trade-in. The manager efficiently crunched some numbers and got closer to my budget so I agreed to a test drive. Daniel and Brent were very easy and pleasant to work with. After my test drive I knew the van was the one for me, but I had to stay within my budget, so I was preparing to walk away that day with the intention of saving more money before returning. They then offered me more for my trade-in (than I know it's worth) to make it possible for me to stay within my budget and take home the van of my dreams (as if any dad really dreams about driving a minivan). I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even ac I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even accelerating, would shift when on a flat roadway, then D started flashing continuously! Called wild east town, person in service did not seem overly concerned and knew of flashing D. I took it in ASAP and first service guy seemed concerned and said, ''That sounds serious'', my reply, ''It is, this is a brand new car''. The next guy said we should drive it awhile around the area and see how the car acted. The car didn't do what it had been doing, so the guy said take it home and see what happens. I live 90 min from Madison. Honestly, I was very frustrated at this point feeling like I wasn't being listened to. I drove around awhile and decided I was going back to wild shop and demand my car be put on the computer. They earlier said that wouldn't do any good. I went back and no more got out of my car, and by luck Mike walked over and asked what the problem was, I told him and when he heard about the flashing D, he immediately said, ''You've got a problem and asked for a loaner car for me. Finally someone listened! Then Val started working with me and I can not say enough about her concern and help. They worked on the car, called me to get it, Val said if any more problems bring the car back in. I went home and the car started doing the same thing again within 1-2 weeks. I called Val and she started the ball rolling. She got me a loaner car, she called me to let me know the progress of checking my transmission. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the loaner car. She eventually called to say they were putting a brand new transmission in my car because the tests confirmed there was a major problem. More than once she said, ''I understand how you feel, you want to feel safe in a car, and that's why you chose to buy new''. Val kept me updated on the progress of the repair and I knew she really did care about my situation. I can not say enough about her commitment, concern, and genuineness. She even made sure they put my car through the car wash before I took it home.Kudos to her and also to Mike. I am so happy to have my car back working wonderfully. I know the east town Honda dealership has my back. Thank you from a happy customer. More
Jermey was great My car shopping experience.. was interesting to say the least.... it started on line looking at everyone's invintory in lower Wisconsin. . Found a nissan rogue, and a Santa Fe at wilde Honda that me and the wife wanted to test drive...when we got there Jermey Martian asked what we where look at, we told him the rogue he said "np. Just a moment I will pull it up front .. he was gone for less then 2 mins .. and had the car up front for us.. he handed me the key and said.. (and I quote) go tare it up .. and also that this rogue had all the bells and whistles possible that a rogue came with for the year, and that if we didn't like it then a rogue wouldn't be for us... I very much appreciated the honesty about the car in that.. he answered all of our questions about it before and after we returned.. with being funny, personable, and honest.. then we test drove the Santa fe .... rogue walked all over it... but I didn't want to settle on the first car we drove.. told this to jermey he said... not a problem.. I wouldn't want to either.. he gave me the car fax on the rogue and his card and told us to call with anything he could do for us.....I have been in sales before .. as a rule of thumb if you let the people leave ... they are not coming back. . But still NO pressure from jermey... we then went to all of the dealerships in madison. ...zimbrick was very nice to us but didn't have the right car for us.. everywhere else.. PRESSURE. ..PRESSURE... AND MORE PRESSURE... After looking EVERYWHERE. ... We went back to Wilde.. Jermey not only remembered us and the car we we looking at but remembered why we were looking in the first place and other story's we had told him... like I said very personable. ... my wife was nervous (she is always nervous with big buys like this) but jermey was able to calm her down by just honestly making her laugh.. in a nut shell it was THE BEST experience I have ever had at car lot... oohh ya the person who wrote up our loan..Peter I beleive.. was very personable also.. and was great...so now fast forward a day ...I was showing the new car to my nephew and he tried the sunroof button.. it didn't work.. I called jermey about it ... he said not a problem just bring it in... as soon as I got there there was jermey, and he told me not to worry and to talk to the service guys about it...so I go back there and the sunroof kinda was working... would move a about an inch every time you hit the button... Mike Spellman told me there again not to worry... he got on the phone talked to his mechanic.. he asked for the keys and asked me to please enjoy some coffee in in there waiting room.... 10 mins later he finds me.. was a simple reset button .. but still the reasuring, and helpfulness of him was awsome .... I HIGHLY recommend Wilde Honda to anyone looking for a new car that doesn't want to get pressured into somthing that they really don't want, and to anyone looking for a lot that will stand behind the vehicle they sold you.. thank you wilde for giving us such a great car buying experience. . I had a no pressure shopping experience and the sales person I worked with (John) took the time to answer every question and do two test drives with me. They had the exact CRV I wanted and made it a pleasant easy buying experience. (great price too) I am the kind of person that if I feel pressured I just leave. You won't find that here. The next car we by will be from John at Wilde again. I brought it in to have an accessory installed and Tony made it convenient for me and made sure I was completely satisfied.
