We began discussing options over the phone with our salesperson, Scott Jensen and when we came in to meet with him, we were even more impressed. He understood exactly what we were looking for, found us the perfect vehicle, the right color and all still within our budget. Not only did he assist us with setting up our CR-V exactly the way we wanted it, he even introduced us to Val out in service and made sure that if we had any issues to let him know right away. He even ran our car through the car wash when we just stopped back in to ask a question about our radio.....unbelievable customer service! Great Service I was driving to Madison for a meeting from Northern WI. My engine light started blinking and the engine was running a little rough. I called as I w I was driving to Madison for a meeting from Northern WI. My engine light started blinking and the engine was running a little rough. I called as I was driving into town and told them my problem and that I had to get to this meeting. Cheryl Romo said to come see her once I arrived and she would have the car waiting for me. After the diagnosis they found that it would be an 8 hour job. I told her I had to be back home that night. She said she had to work on this and then called me back and said they would have the car done by 6 pm. The tech and her stayed late so I could get home that night. Cheryl also checked and found the repair was a recall warranty and said my 2009 Accord was covered. I asked if she could do some maintenance work (oil change, plugs etc) while the car was there. I would never have known about the warranty and the fact the warranty covered the oil change, and plugs. They could have easily taken advantage of me (especially from being out of town) and they did not. They did not even charge for the loaner! More
