Great Sales and Finance, questionable service department Jeremy did a great job explaining the certified pre-owned sales process. He was very friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the overall experience a memorable one. Brent also did a great job going through the finance process, explaining everything well but also in a concise manner to save time. Overall the process from test-drive to getting the keys took four hours. The longest waiting period seemed to be waiting for finance. Not sure why, but that delayed us over an hour. Cons: Trade-in: We were initially offered only a third of the Kelly Blue book value of the car (considering "fair" condition, ie worst case pricing). Had to haggle to get them to get up to 2/3 value. Still feel like I lost out here. Would be better if there was a more formalized/fair system. This is the only point during the process where I felt like I was being "sold' something. No other discounts or incentives were offered other than the online price for the certified pre-owned. "Certified Pre-owned" checklist: We bought the car at night, it was already dark before we drove it off the lot. When we got home, we did a more in-depth inspection of the vehicle in the garage where we had adequate light. We ended up finding four major issues with the paint job where there were obvious, deep scratches and abrasions. We also found that the car still had dirt/food in all the seat cracks, dog hair all over the trunk, culminating in finding a nail clipping of the previous owner in the front seat. After contacting Jeremy, we bought the vehicle back the next day to be fixed and cleaned. The service department managed to mostly buff out the scratches. They also did another cleaning sweep of the interior. Again, better but not perfect. Plus, they only fixed what we pointed out specifically, they didn't do a full review of the interior or exterior. The service department is in charge of the 182 point pre-owned checklist, which includes the interior detail and the exterior paint inspection. I'm not sure how four major, obvious paint issues made it past their inspection without getting fixed. Not to mention the poor detailing job. As part of the purchase, we got the trident protection applied to the interior and exterior. This was done by the service department that night. This gave them a second chance to see the car before we went home. They failed to find the scratches and notice the poor detailing during this too. Ironic seeing that trident is being applied to the interior and exterior to prevent scratches and wear. Needless to say, double check the service departments work. Also do your research before buying the Trident protection. The results are mixed online to say the least. I was definitely sold this "protection." In the end, I still think we got a good deal on a great car, once all the cosmetic issues were worked out. We liked the people we worked with, we just wish the car was in a ready to sell state. More

It happened completely by chance, as the dealership I had been working with was unable to provide me with the vehicle I wanted. I went to Wilde's website and was greeted by a chat box inquiry of offering assistance to me to find just what I was needing. Later that day I went into the showroom, and drove away in exactly the CRV I wanted shortly there after. I was treated like the most important person in the showroom the entire time. My salesperson Mikel, Manger Eric, and finance department person Steve were all wonderful. After my experience, Wilde East Towne Honda has a new family of customers in their fold. What a great experience. More

My salesperson, Scott was able to assist me with every single aspect. He knew so much about Honda and the Civic's, explained to me how leasing works and made the whole process fun and quick. I'm so glad I started my research at Honda, it most definitely was not like other experiences that I've had with previous car purchases.
