We looked at the vehicle and took it for a test drive. It took a little more time then I expected for all the paper work but the service was excellent. The sales associate was very friendly. It was very easy to get financing for my vehicle. The Saturn outlook I purchased was very clean one owner and very affordable. I wasn't formiliar with the area the sales associate was very understanding. All the staff I worked with was very up beat funny and friendly they made my first experience at a dealership very fun and well worth it. They answered all my questions and if I have any further questions I feel that I can call them no problem. It was very nice and unexpected to get a follow up call the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future. More

Wow.. Driving from Nebraska to Door County, Wi Our low tire pressure light came on. I googled the nearest Honda Dealership and although it was a little bit out of our way we knew we didn't want to ruin a tire. Immediately upon stopping at this dealership we were treated like royalty. Audrey took over and had our vehicle washed and had them take it down to see what the problem was. While waiting we had the pleasure of looking at a vehicle with Shae. He was informative, nice and patient with our many questions. If we lived in the area we would definitely purchase our next vehicle from Shae and Wilde East Towne Honda. Valerie than took over and helped us with Audrey checking in as well. Valerie also did a fabulous job. They were not able to find anything wrong but we were so happy to at least have it checked for our piece of mind. Long story short they were really concerned that we weren't bored just sitting and waiting. Valerie offered bottled water and popcorn for the road. We were very impressed with the coffee area and everyone at this dealership. The feel was very nice and A+ service from everyone. Kathy also amazed me with her friendliness and opportunity at a chance to prove myself when no other bank would give me a chance. She went out of her way and got me an unbelievably low interest rate and never once doubted the fact that I was worth a risk.
