Awesome Customer service!! Joe in service told me to bring my CRV in so that they could take a look at a hose to my windshield fluid lines. A mouse had chewed the line. My 2012 Fit has 70,000 miles, and I brought my Fit into Wilde East Towne Honda for routine Maintenance Minder service and to have a brake inspection. My 2012 Fit has 70,000 miles, and I hadn't had any brake work done other than a routine and inexpensive brake maintenance service at 30,000 miles. The inspection showed that my brakes still had a few more months left and the rest of the visit went well. My service advisor Valerie Rich did an excellent job of communicating and was able to apply a couple of discounts to the final bill. I had an overall excellent service visit. More
