We were looking for a certified used Honda CRV and found the best selection, at Wilde East Towne Honda. Our experience with the staff was exceptional - so friendly, professional and with my son's best interest in mind. We worked with sales associate, Jeremey Martin, as well as assistant manager, Shawn Stittleburg, who helped our son get the perfect car at an excellent price. We also had a wonderful experience with business manager Peter Bothe, who worked hard to get us the best interest rate that allowed our son to have affordable monthly payments. Lacking Integrity We felt that the dealership was not upfront about the used vehicle we purchased. They covered up the smoke smell with excessive air freshener. When We felt that the dealership was not upfront about the used vehicle we purchased. They covered up the smoke smell with excessive air freshener. When questioned about the smoke smell, we were told by Craig to crank up the fan which of course led to more air freshener coming through the vents. After we purchased the vehicle, the smoke smell was obvious. Several people have commented about the smell to us. The vehicle we purchased should have received a thorough shampoo and cleaning, if the car still smelled like smoke, the manager should have taken additional steps. The sales staff needed to be honest. We are disappointed by the lack of integrity by this dealership. After posting this review, we were contacted by a third party. We explained our experience with Wilde Honda and were told that the dealership would be contacted on our behalf. Eventually, after some coordination, our car was picked up and serviced for the smoke problem. As of today, the smoke smell is much improved, and we are hopeful that it stays that way. We were also assured that any future problems would be addressed immediately. Although we felt that this should have been addressed on our initial visit, we feel some satisfaction knowing that our concerns were addressed. We are hopeful that this will help the dealership understand the importance of being honest with their customers in the future. More

Laura was able to quickly break down each of the models that we were considering and was very patient with my little guy as we were exploring each vehicle. I discussed terms and pricing with Laura and Shawn, and they were very honest and fair throughout the negotiation process. I tend to be a little stubborn throughout the car buying process, but they were very patient and very professional (which was much appreciated). I then worked with Peter for financing, and he was able to find a rate lower than my credit union had pre-approved! He was also able to break down financing and additional warranty options in a very detailed way that helped me make decisions quickly and without hesitation. I ended up with a great vehicle (2012 Honda CR-V) for a great price! This team really made my day, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Great service for out of state emergency service I was on my way to Minnesota for a school reunion when my car broke down and needed service. I made it to another Honda dealer in Madison but they we I was on my way to Minnesota for a school reunion when my car broke down and needed service. I made it to another Honda dealer in Madison but they were to busy to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. After calling East Towne Honda and them telling me they would squeeze me in either that evening before they closed or first thing in the morning. I managed to get half way there before my car required a tow. I managed to get my car towed there right after the service department closed for the day. The next morning I showed up at the dealership early. They squeezed me in and unfortunately found that my car was going to need a replacement engine. Based on a very long story involving a shady salvage yard and the replacement engine that was already in the car, I believed what they said. They offered to drive me to a car rental place so I could return to Indiana that weekend. Over the next couple of weeks Val Rich kept me informed and up to date on the repair and engine swap. In addition to taking great care of me, they even cut me a little break on the labor rate because of the horrible weekend I had had up to getting my car to Wilde East Town Honda.
