We handle our customer concerns internally opposed to a third party, and respond to concerns brought to our managements attention as quickly as possible. We do a thorough detailing of the interior and exterior of our vehicles prior to offering them for sale. During the detailing process, we try to eliminate odors as much as possible. We are sorry that this particular vehicle had a stronger smoke odor. We are glad to hear the odor is much better after working with it again.
