When I arrived, the Jeep was ready for me to test drive. It looked s clean on the inside, and I was very excited. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice, especially my salesman Jerry. We all know the car buying process can be a bit lengthy, and the entire time Jerry and I were able to share pictures of our families and pets, and talked about our lives, and he made the time not so much of a problem. In the end, they got me into my new Jeep, and gave me a gift card to Uno's because of all of my travels to get down there. This was my first ever car buying experience, and to be honest they set the bar so high...I really don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to buy a car. If you don't like pushy salesmen, and if you appreciate getting a good deal, please come here. They were able to give me a ton for my trade in, and came down on the price of the car. Very sweet people. More

A wonderful car buying experience we were referred by a friend to talk with Scott Jenson about whether a. 2015 Honda Accord might fit our needs. We had two meetings with Scott with two test drives. Scott was friendly and informative and not pushy in anyway which we appreciated. Scott answered all our questions and he was able to give us specific information on the car that was tailored to our needs ( We are retired and travel a lot). After we determined to purchase the car, Scott gave us an exhaustive, hands on review of all the cars features. Scott set up the car for our personal settings while we met with the finance folks, and explained the after purchase service and informational seminars available to us. We are very pleased we were able to deal with Scott for our purchase. It was an excellent car buying experience. Scott also has helped us with a post purchase issue which is much appreciated. We also met with I believe Kathy Kay in finance ( I could be mistaken, and it could have been Karen). She also fully explained our options for maintenance agreements and extended warranties, as well as explaining all the legal paperwork that needed to be signed. She was professional and courteous. In our experience with other dealerships, it is during this finance stage that there can be high pressure brought to bear on the customer to purchase an extended warranty. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy the warranty although Kathy did her best to sell us a warranty package and she presented several options with varying costs. We did not purchase a warranty package but we did purchase a three year maintenance package. The finance stage was very smooth and professional. We are very pleased with our new Honda Accord and our buying experience with Scott Jenson. George and Carol Dawes More

Excellent Service, Done Faster Than Expected I do not typically go to the dealer for oil changes or tire rotations; however, my vehicle was overheating and needed serious repairs. She was very patient as I described (in probably too much detail) what was wrong with my car, and listened to my uneducated hypothesis as to what was causing the issue. Later that afternoon, I was informed of the real issue and told up front the cost, the time for the part to arrive, and when it would be fixed. Surprisingly, everything was done when she said it would be and for a price under the original quote. She even stayed past her shift to go over the paperwork with me. Despite the horrors of having to pay for car repairs, Cheryl was very upfront with the cost and made the process easy. It is worth the drive out to East Towne Honda for the service. I even scheduled my other Honda's oil change there, because I was so impressed. More
