Impala repairs I had the brakes replaced on my Impala and Nick took care of me, as he always does. I chose Wilde Honda for service because they are great to work with and actually can get the repairs done on this difficult vehicle. I have to hand it to Nick for dealing with this car because it hasn't been an easy car to repair. The car has issues! Thanks for the continued great service and keep up the great work Nick! Great; Poor; Great; Great; Resolved; Happy Customer Craig, our salesperson, was great to work with. He helped us get in and out quickly and was friendly and personable. She helped speed up the process to meet a timeline which was appreciated. Peter, the used sales manager, did not quite meet our expectations. We returned with the vehicle in under 24 hours from purchase with a ding in the windshield, which was not disclosed to us. It was not visible the day we bought the vehicle, but became visible overnight with some rain. Peter became sarcastic and argumentative with us and was not very professional. The problem was not resolved. Disappointing. (READ ON FOR A HAPPY ENDING!) As far as recommending this dealership, I could only mark one option. Parts of my experience were positive and others were negative, so I picked no. After working with Chad in Customer Relations and Steve in Service, I am pleased to say my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall the staff at Wilde East Side Honda were professional and courteous. I greatly appreciate the efforts that were made to right the wrong that occurred. Knowing what I do now about the overall customer service, I would recommend this dealership. Thank you! More

Vacation Repairs One word: Amazing. Our check emissions system light came on unexpectedly in Janesville and after a failure with the dealer out there we contacted Wild One word: Amazing. Our check emissions system light came on unexpectedly in Janesville and after a failure with the dealer out there we contacted Wilde East Towne and Cheryl answered the phone and was our saving grace. She took us immediately when we arrived after another 45 minutes of driving. She and her team had our issues diagnosed in less than 1.5 hours and were able to provide a rental to get our family of three kids under 6 to their final destination while they took care of our van overnight. Though it was a little hiccup they provided such tremendous and compassionate service to us. Their facilities were amazing and provided entertainment to three antsy kids. There are no words to describe how grateful me and my wife are to Cheryl and her team. You would definitely be a regular stop if we lived in this area. I will recommend Shae to my family and friends who may be interested in looking at Hondas.
