Best Car Buying Experience My fiance and I purchased a brand new Honda CR-V after months of thinking about a new car, and could not be happier with the experience we had at Wild My fiance and I purchased a brand new Honda CR-V after months of thinking about a new car, and could not be happier with the experience we had at Wilde East Towne Honda. Nathan started talking with us months ago, and was incredibly patient with us as we waited until our old vehicle was sold. He encouraged us to test drive a few different vehicles, and was always happy to answer our many questions. He was great about making sure we got the best deal and that we were 100% informed on the vehicle's many features. When we made it to finance, Karen took her time while explaining our payment and maintenance options so we knew exactly what we were getting into. We had an all-around wonderful experience, and we will definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda and Nathan to anyone looking for a new car! More

Don't purchase anything other then a Honda I purchased a VW and signed a 50/50 protection agreement. When I got it home and found the Bluetooth didn't work I was told by everyone in sales and s I purchased a VW and signed a 50/50 protection agreement. When I got it home and found the Bluetooth didn't work I was told by everyone in sales and service my 50/50 agreement would not be honored since the repair could not be made at their location and basically I was out of luck and would be responsible for the repair on a car that I bought 72 hours earlier. I was read the buyer beware lines from my paperwork. I was hoping that since it was advertised with a feature the dealership would do right by me but alas it was not meant to be. Long story short do not buy a brand that is not Honda from this dealership. If something is not right you are out of luck. After I posted this I was contacted by the sales internet manager and they offered to take the car back. In the end there was not Bluetooth equipped in the car. I had to go for a service appointment at the VW dealership to find that one out. While my customer service experience with their internet manager and sales person was good, I had such a poor experience with the sales manager and assist. manager thatI would not recommend the dealership for purchases other then a Honda. More

Very good experience at Wilde East Towne Honda I was forced into the used car market when my van was totaled while parked last week. What began as a major inconvenience, turned into one of the best I was forced into the used car market when my van was totaled while parked last week.
