Great experience with sales staff I have worked with Syed twice and both experiences have been great. 10 out of 10 goes to him. However, once I was turned over the the financial depart I have worked with Syed twice and both experiences have been great. 10 out of 10 goes to him. However, once I was turned over the the financial department to sign contracts ect. Is when I would lower my rating. My first lease ever Karen pressured me very strongly to add on a service plan to my lease. I regrettably did and now feel that I am paying more than necessary. When I rolled into a new lease a year later I was happy to find that I could do so without any changes and be in a new car but was hoping to talk to the finance department about removing the additional fee for the service plan that I pay extra for monthly. I didn't feel that anyone in the finance department that I brought it up to was even going to consider letting me drop this even though it is a new contract and I don't understand why I couldn't. Next time a rollover lease is offered I will not considered unless I can drop that additional fee I will be paying for the next three years. Cheryl in service is excellent! More

A company I can call home I am from out of the country and I recently arrived at Madison to work. I needed to go ahead and leave my family for a while to venture out and get se I am from out of the country and I recently arrived at Madison to work. I needed to go ahead and leave my family for a while to venture out and get settled here before having them come over. From the moment I left the airport and travelled to my hotel, I realized one thing, I needed a car. Now that is a tall task. Dealership horror stories from all over the internet haunted me. But I knew it had to be done. I've visited a number of dealerships, but none came close to the wonderful experience I had at Wilde East Towne Honda. During my first visit, I've set up an appointment with Scott. I was greeted at the door by Chris. Since Scott still had some visitors, Chris accomodated me. He made me feel welcome and at home when he mentioned he was rooting for Pacquiao to beat Mayweather in their upcoming bout. During my second visit, it was Syed this time who helped me out while waiting for Scott. He urged me to test drive the cars I was looking at. Now I would like to talk about Scott. He made the tall task of selecting a car seem like a breeze. The best thing about Scott though, is he exceeded my expectations. He just wasn't a car salesman. He went above and beyond. He befriended me, found out about the obstacles and hurdles I've been having and suggested solutions. Through his help, I now have my first ever car, and I believe and know that I have selected the best one available for me. I am definitely taking care of this car, and will seek Wilde East Town Honda and Scott out once I ready to purchase my next vehicle. I've heard about this cliche that sales men need my business, but the truth of the matter is, at that moment, I needed them. Thanks Scott, Chris, Syed! More

She kept me updated as to the status of our service and even offered a ride to pick up some lunch. When our service was completed her team did a superior job. We bought our vehicle from Veli Deshev, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Without hesitation I would recommend Veli if you are considering a vehicle. This is my second CR-V and I am impressed with all the new technology and features. Although I am not usually interested in an extended warranty, Karen Hardrath persuaded us to purchase a plan I feel will be beneficial since I will most likely keep my car for 4 years. I would recommend the dealership, Veli and Karen to anyone looking for a Honda. More

Love my Honda I was searching for a new SUV and looked at many that I had in mind. Funny thing was, I really didn't plan to look at a Honda because I thought they would be more than I could afford. Then, I pulled into Wilde East Towne Honda. I was introduced to Syed Zaidi to assist me. He showed me the CRX. He told me all about the CRX and showed me things I was looking for such as how the seats fold down. Well, when he showed me that...my jaw dropped. I thought....wow..no more taking the head rests off, etc. like I have to in my Santa Fe that I owned. I loved the looks of it and all the great features. As much as Syed wanted to sell one to me right there and then, I told him I wanted to think about it. I also wanted to check out the new Hyundai Santa Fe, I went to the Hyundai dealer even though I already had my heart set on the Honda. I test drove the Santa Fe. It was okay, but also noticed the service. Was taken back that everyone was busy and after comparing the price of both and the features.......I said to my husband...nope..Let's go back across the road to Honda. There is no comparing the two..I like the Honda. It is the best price, and I liked everything about it. So, back to Wilde we went. Then came the tough question..what color? LOL. Well, Syed even helped me with that. Telling me about the Sunset Bronze and the Titanium. What was their number one sellers, etc. I chose the Titanium and happy I did. He told us about the protection plan, but most of all, explained the lease to own to us as the payments were worrying me. I had never even thought of leasing or leasing to own as I didn't know anything about it. Now I do thanks to Syed. He really did a great job at going over how to work everything and helping me set everything up. I very much enjoyed working with him. Everyone at Wilde was extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. I left with a Honda CRX and I love it!!! Thanks Syed for making my car shopping fun and easy.
