I got more value for less money Even though the it took longer than originally expected but that was because they found some other issue with the car. My daughter lives in Sun Prairie and recently bought a new CRV at East Towne Honda. She was so enthusiastic about the service and personnel that when my air conditioning went out, I decided to get a 'second opinion' from East Towne. Was I in for a pleasant surprise! My service writer, Val Rich, was incredibly knowledgeable and most pleasant. She took the time to explain the process and kept me very informed along the way. Due to the efficiency of this staff, my car was ready as promised with phone calls from Val along the way advising of status. My search for a dealer that values me as a customer and treats me with courtesy and care is over. I'll be certain to bring all of my maintenance to East Towne and when the day comes to replace my vehicle, I'll be purchasing my next Honda there. More
