Rough start, good finish. Great to work with Shawn and Jeremy who were both helpful and friendly; less than great experience with salesman on previous evening. Ultimately happy with vehicle we bought and price paid. Karen Hardrath was AWESOME to work with and extremely helpful...and we got a good deal on warranty! Ratings above reflect total positives from Jeremy, Shawn, and Karen minus negative experience from prior evening. If it wasn't for Friday night, the ratings would have been higher. More

I had previously worked with a salesperson (Conor) who was actually on his way out of the office, but stayed to help get the deal through past closing time. Everyone was very friendly and efficient in making it happen. Conor was not only friendly and professional, but he also helped me get a good price as well. I really appreciate the service Conor and Shawn provided at Wilde East Towne Honda. They were able to do what others were not. More
