I was already sold on getting a Honda CR-V, but was very turned-off by the lack of flexibility and treatment received at other southern Wisconsin Honda dealerships. I had done enough research to know realistic prices and value of my trade-in, I know people in the business. When I came into Wilde Honda, I was met by Syed. I told him I wanted to talk numbers. I told him the vehicle I wanted EX-L with Nav, he came back with very workable numbers. As we continued to negotiate I got to meet Eric Henderson the new car manger. Both Syed and Eric dealt with me with honesty and respect. They did not play games. They provided a good deal on the new vehicle and a reasonable value for my trade-in. A win-win situation. The day of the closing we were pressed for time, both Karen and Steve made the tedious work of signing the financing, warranty papers a pleasure to get through. The professionalism of Wilde representatives we worked with was outstanding and greatly appreciated, we plan on spreading the word. More

Since I had not needed to purchase a car in the last 12 years and had not enjoyed the experience the previous time, I was hopeful to have a better experience this time. The Wilde sales and service teams were excellent in meeting my needs, explaining everything and putting customer satisfaction first. Nathan asked where I wanted to start in discussing new car purchasing options rather than opening the conversation himself, which I appreciated because it meant neither of us lost time in the discussion. Working with Cory was like working with a friend or colleague, making the process comfortable and welcoming; never forgetting a name or a face. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda for purchasing and service because they go the extra step for customer satisfaction. More
Initial Experience: My wife and I were looking at a Honda Odyssey and were ready to purchase if we could reach an agreement on price. Veli was kind and took us for a test drive. He then assumed the sales role and wrote down our "customer offer" to sign and take to his manager Shawn. This initially made me uncomfortable because a written and signed offer (even on scratch paper) can be accepted and forced by law. He insisted it HAD to be done, so I made sure the offer was something I could live with. Of course they wouldn't accept that so the sales manager Shawn returned with his "sales hat" on with an offer not far from the original asking price, so I said I would like to see his offer on a trade in. The mechanics had gone home already, so Veli made his own appraisal about $2,000 lower than a rough trade in value on NADA.com. We of course turned down that counteroffer and told him we would come back so the mechanics could look at it and give us a more accurate trade in appraisal. A few days later I emailed Veli and Shawn about coming in to have the mechanics look at the trade in and Shawn emailed me back and said yes come in. He failed to mention that he wouldn't be there and Veli had to deal with a completely different sales manager. After my trade in was appraised Veli came back saying "I have good news for you". He then spent the next hour pitching the leasing option on a brand new model. After I heard him out I told him I was not interested in leasing and asked him what the new trade in offer was and he said it was the same. I couldn't believe they conned me into driving back there to simply pitch me the leasing option, knowing their offer wasn't going to change. I sensed frustration from Veli that we were not accepting any of their offers and it made me very uncomfortable. I left there with a sense of relief knowing I didn't do business there because of the tricks they tried to play. Edit: After this review was noticed, I was contacted by the dealer and they acknowledged their miscommunication. They explained what happened on their end. I now do not believe they tried any "shady" tricks. They displayed professionalism in their apology and I expect they will make changes to prevent this issue from repeating. They care much about customer service and to be honest I would consider doing business with them in the future. Very classy management! More

All of the guys we worked with were great! Syed listened to what we were looking for in a car and a price and he delivered! We weren't expecting to buy a car that soon but we drove it off the lot that nigh to what we were looking for in a car and a price and he delivered! We weren't expecting to buy a car that soon but we drove it off the lot that night. Peter was great too. He was helpful in explaining everything even though our purchase was completed after hours. Lastly, we stopped in the next day for splash guards and Joe was extremely knowledgable and helpful answering our questions. We are very happy we chose Wilde! I have purchased many new vehicles in my life starting with the first one in 1965 and I have NEVER come close to anything like the great service the wife and I received from East Towne Honda and our sales with the first one in 1965 and I have NEVER come close to anything like the great service the wife and I received from East Towne Honda and our sales person Steve Pfarrer. Steve meet us at the door as we arrived and from that minute on we were treated as if we were his only customer! We had decided by spending lots of time on the internet that we wanted a Accord or a CVR and after our initial few minutes getting to know Steve he had us looking at a CRV indoors and explained every thing there was to explain about the CRV. He then took us to look at an Accord (also indoors) and the first thing we looked at was how well my wife could get in and out of it with her 2 replaced knees and one replaced hip. She then said it would be best to go with the CRV and I agreed. We then took a test drive to feel out the CRV and it went fine. From that point negotiation started. It was an easy negotiation. We had figured out ahead at home what we would like to receive for our present car and approximately the price of the CRV that we would accept. Steve then worked for us to get the best he could get not knowing what price we would accept and it turned out to be within 15 dollars difference of what we wanted!.That made us happy campers! Steve then went about setting up all paper work etc. to make the purchase. While that was being set up the CRV was being set up for US. Our cell phones were set up and several other things to the exact way we wanted them to be setup. Then came the paper work and that went very smoothly by the person who took care of us. As I said in my opening this was by far the my best vehicle purchase experience ever and Steve Pfarrer is the main reason. We will pass on to others East Towne Honda and Steve as the place to get their new Honda or a used car. More
I Went into Wilde Honda after giving a friend ride to work nearby. I just wanted to see a Honda CR-Z up close. I was greeted by Don and he went to find the car I was looking for. Don came back and said that unfortunately the car was in the process of being sold and delivered. I gave Don my phone number and told him to give me a call if anything similar came in. It wasn't more than a couple hours later that Don called and said they had just taken in trade a car that he really thought I would like. I told him I would be in the next day. When I went in the next day I figured there was maybe a 10% chance of me buying a car. Don showed me the car which was still in the process of being made ready to sell. It was a 2013 CR-Z and exactly the car of my dreams. Buying a car is a tough thing. I am a pretty savvy consumer. I checked online using Wilde's customer computers and the online Kelly Blue Book prices for my trade-in and the CR-Z. The negotiations where give and take. In the end I couldn't pass up the deal. The other staff was so courteous! I swear I had my hand shook so many times I thought I was a politician! They supplied great food and drink during the buying process. The financial lady was really warming. She and I had a favorite TV show in common so we had some laughs. I was so impressed that I also got an extended warranty plan which was a good deal. When I went home I wanted to show somebody so bad that I called a neighbor friend who I knew was also a Honda freak. I told her what I got and she asked where I got it. I said "Wilde". She then asked who the salesman was. I said "Don". She then said "isn't he a cutie?". She went on to say that she has bought cars only from Wilde for some time now. I don't know about Don but she's a cutie and the car is a cutie and we will see about the maintenance department soon. More
