Just bought my second Honda Pilot from Wilde Honda, this time in Madison WI. Great customer service, ordered via email got regular updates along the way. At delivery (first time I stepped foot in the place) it was a casual welcoming environment, they went through the entire car (my old one was a 2010 so lots of changes) and have continued to follow up. Immediately I was greeted and had the door held open for me. I was brought back to complimentary coffee while I waited just a short time until my amazing salesman, Sam, came back from the detail department me. I was brought back to complimentary coffee while I waited just a short time until my amazing salesman, Sam, came back from the detail department making sure the car was thoroughly cleaned. From there, Sam made everything so easy and seamless and made me feel so comfortable asking all the questions I had. He truly took his time to make sure everything was done right, and I was not leaving unhappy. I was referred to Kenn for financing who, also, did not fall short of amazing. This has by far been the absolute best experience I could’ve wished for, and more when buying a new vehicle. I would recommend to ANYONE, I came from out of state and the communication was impeccable, and the integrity of Sam and Kenn left me in awe. I can only hope to buy my next vehicle with them as well!
