Arrived at the dealership for service, the service area was packed with vehicles. All the advisors were helping other customers while 5 of us waited by our cars for 10 plus minutes. As I was in the middle was packed with vehicles. All the advisors were helping other customers while 5 of us waited by our cars for 10 plus minutes. As I was in the middle row I could see Ryan in his office talking and laughing with another employee. As a manger he appears to be selfish and clearly does not lead by setting the example. Great job to the service advisors who were overwhelmed and working hard. A disgusting disgrace of a manger to sit there while we all waited. More
1st experience with service dept was Darius. He was kind, professional yet personable. He was very efficient & extremely nice. My Honda had a recall so I scheduled the service for about a month out. Fast forward to my 2nd experience with this service dept and THEY SUCKED, I mean sucked so bad even Lassie from Porkys could’ve done a better job!! As I stated I made my appt almost a month in advance not to mention took a DAY off work (no work, no pay. I work on a farm, time is money). I had JUST got seated in the waiting area & the service person (Gavin? He’s new) told me that the part to fix my recall work wasn’t there. I would have REALLY appreciated a CALL the day before letting me know…. Hey the appt you made almost a month ago, we don’t have the part to fix it so can we reschedule? To top it off this is the closest Honda dealership to me (30 minute drive one way). So, in essence I lost a day of wages, 60 minutes of my life I will never get back (driving there & back), then 5 minutes to get checked in, 5 minutes in the waiting room, waiting for absolutely NOTHING. 70 minutes of my time wasted. To top it off I was told I’d get a call that afternoon letting me know when the part will be in. GUESS WHAT…. NO CALL. Sheesh if I wanted to be treated like trash I would’ve gone to Zimprick! More
