I was impressed with our sales person Rachel Lovora from the moment I started working with her. We live in the Minneapolis Minnesota area and after finding out Wilde Toyota had the car we wanted she worked to put together a trade in offer on our old car and pricing that provided an incentive for us to travel 350 miles to purchase the car. Everyone we worked with there was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ian Johnson and Mike Amos too! More

We sat for over 2 hours waiting to sign papers even though we had a check from a credit union to pay off the car. We were also told that Wilde would have the second key to us by the next week. Three weeks later, we had to contact them multiple times before finally being told that we could come in and get it, and wait another 30 minutes while they programmed it. A month after we purchased it, we receive the title with no lien holder. The credit union wanted us to pay the expense of having the car retitled, which we paid for when we purchased the car. Left messages for Wilde because the wrong person is not available, and never get called back. Finally called a sales manager, who relayed the message to financing. The next day, the business department at Wilde called the credit union and told them that the credit union needed to pay for it. The loan officer at the credit union told me that this was the rudest dealership that she have ever dealt with. After a few more phone calls and a very negative post here, Travis reached out to rectify the situation. A few more phone calls, and Wilde did eventually reimburse for the incorrect title. Travis followed up with me a couple more times to make sure that it was taken care of, and even asked if I would be willing to edit my review if a check was sent. I said I would to show that it was taken care of. Would I consider them again? Probably not, due to the multiple errors and lack of customer service by the finance and business department. I am glad to hopefully be done dealing with them. But if you have cash, you will get a good price. More

Buyer Beware!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1 BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1500 that I was told would cover my newly installed DVD players for 7 years or 70000 miles. After 6 years we started having issues with them not working. When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I was informed that my warranty would not cover them. When I questioned why, multiple Wilde employees informed me that the salesman that sold me the warranty must not have known how it worked and that this warranty would not cover my DVD players. After everyone that I reached out to for help at Wilde told me they could not help me any further I called the general manager for the dealership Joe Zanella. After a long conversation with him explaining my situation he basically blew me off saying that we was sorry that I was misled, but that he would do nothing for me. He informed me that even though his employee gave me bad information, it was basically my fault for trusting him and the information he provided. Needless to say I will not be returning with any of my business to this dealership in the future. Customer service does not seem to be a priority here, but taking other people’s money under false pretenses is. More

Reason why people hate car dealers, misleading Very misleading, stay away, They have a lowest price guarantee which states "If we don't have the lowest price, we'll save you an additional 10% from Very misleading, stay away, They have a lowest price guarantee which states "If we don't have the lowest price, we'll save you an additional 10% from your lowest quote!" I checked the fine print no other exclusions. When I found a lower quote they refused to honor their guarantee. Told me it is 10% off the discounted amount I received from the other dealer. Sales manager (David) even agreed with me, stating he could see how I would have thought it was 10% off the quote but after he talked to his boss he backtracked and toed the company line. More

Oil change gone wrong First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in for a simple oil change/tire rotation along with the check on fluids/etc. It came out with major clunking going on so I take it back to them and somehow the brakes weren't put together properly and the wheel cyclinder broke. They repaired it no cost and provided a shuttle which was amazing! I go to pick up the car later that evening and as I'm driving home I start to hear clunking again. (Mind you when I brought it in there wasnt any clunking) I call them up and set up an appointment for today. I bring it in and one of the machnics looks into for me and tells me it's because of old hardware on my brake system. Its a 05' so I don't put any second thoughts against him. Well it's $70 later, they fix the hardware put the brake system all back together. And what do you know it starts making more noises on the way home then the way there. I am severely disappointed. I'm not going to bring it back and have them tell me i need to spend more money, when the only reason any of this began is because a mechanic didn't do his job right. It's sad when they admit it. I thoight I could trust them, but sadly I can't. It's more sad when their own shuttle man tells me they don't have enough people working because they are too cheap to hire more, even more sad when he says alot of cars have been coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to machanic you trust. I thought because it's a dealership they would be a straight shot. Well now my car is sitting in the garage with even more sounds than going in. And we all know how it goes you can't prove anything, so they won't help. Total waste of time and $70. 😒😒 More

Overall great service I needed a new muffler and David remembered me from an emissions test he did for me a few weeks prior. He mentioned I should have my muffler taken care of so I came back a few weeks later and he was eager to help me out. David was reachable at any time of the day and really cares about his customers. He took the time to walk me through what my car needed and checked everything to make sure the maintenance of my car is up to date. Overall, David took the time to help me and is someone I will continue to seek to service my car. More
