My husband and I went to this dealer because we wanted to check into Toyotas, we have been VW people thusfar but wanted to try a different make this time around. He also would not give us the trade in value on our car unless we chose a vehicle. When I mentioned that we do not generally buy the first day of looking at vehicles - he asked us "why are you here?" "why are we doing this?" "Come back when you want to buy!" We are grateful for the variety of vehicles that were available for us to climb in and drive to see what works for us. We did leave thinking we really like the Rav4 but were not willing to make a decision that day which we conveyed to Terry and he told us he knew an hour ago we were not going to buy. His loss. We may have bit the bullet had he given us a trade in value and just not been so rude. We took our business elsewhere and purchased a vehicle today- 2 days later and the first vehicle we climbed in. We did not do much thinking because we like the dealer and the salesman. More
