I was working with the Rep Jeff whom flat out got it done! Going in doing a lot of research and knowing what ideally I wanted and how we could make it happen without the teeth grinding that can be asso done! Jeff had a great personality, humorous yet sincere. He didn't waste our time and knows how to read a customer. Upon finalizing with Jeff; Ian came over after agreeing on a deal and introduced himself. He was probably the most down to Earth Manager I have ever had the pleasure to complete a deal with. He was very professional yet had this warm genuine demeanor that you rarely see when going into a dealership. Finance experience was the norm. I am extremely happy with the overall experience. More
