I visited this dealership for the first time on 7-14-22. My car needed a new battery, 2 rear brakes, and new rotors. After explaining to my advisor, Mr. John, that l was a teacher for MDCPS who has had 3 su My car needed a new battery, 2 rear brakes, and new rotors. After explaining to my advisor, Mr. John, that l was a teacher for MDCPS who has had 3 surgeries in the last 9 months and had not worked since, he was able to get me a 10% discount which really helped me out a lot. Due to his compassion, l will definitely be a returning customer. And l will recommend others to this dealership due to the grace that l received. For 2023, l plan to get a new infinity X60. I'm currently driving a GMC terrain. I just might come in for an upgrade instead because my experience with my Terrain has been awesome! The in and out process was also amazing. My car now drives better than before. Thank you! More
