Everything was done in a friendly and professional atmosphere. My only complaint is that when the mechanic reset the % of oil to read 100% he set it to read in metric. I always give great reviews for this dealership as I have always received great service. However, this visit was not. I was forgotten about. It was an awkward experience. I’m sure it was a fluke. I was the last appointment and it was quite busy so I just thought they were running a little behind.
