I’ve been searching for a specific model, price and mileage for my next purchase. I found the vehicle on their user friendly website last night. Unfortunately the car I wanted was on hold for another couple and Storm was giving them the quoted time frame to make their decision. I’m thankful for Storm as he was still communicating with us about the updates. This morning he called and informed us the vehicle was available. We placed it on hold and drive 2 hours from Naples, Fl to Miami. Immediately pulling into the dealership the car was backed in and shining from detailing. Once we met Storm we clicked immediately. We never even test drove the car just inspected it and it was flawless. 5 minutes later we were in doing paperwork in Storms’ office, moved to financing with Ricardo who was very informative and helpful. A few minutes later Storm was taking us to put the plate on the vehicle and had the pleasure to meet Jimmy the manager who was an amazing person. He came out to check on us and the process at his dealership. Storm went over all the features on the vehicle which took longer then the paperwork. This was the best car buying experience out of the last 7 cars we bought. This staff works as a team and I will definitely do business with them again!!!!! More
