Purchase of our Fusion SE Hybrid The salesman (Cory) went out of his way to make sure that it was convenient and easy to test drive. I have always leaned toward Ford cars/trucks. Poor customer service I Took my 3 month old motorcraft battery in that was tested by oreilly auto parts and tested as failed cell. Oreilly told me a ford dealer would warra I Took my 3 month old motorcraft battery in that was tested by oreilly auto parts and tested as failed cell. Oreilly told me a ford dealer would warranty it for me. First off They acted too busy to help me then told me it would take 45 minutes and needed to go onto their tester before they could warranty it which was fine with me. The service guy told me He ran it on their tester and the battery was perfect it was my truck that had issues . I ended up with a dead truck again the next day. I took it to another local motorcraft dealer and they tested it as failed cell, they gave me a new one and got me out the door in 10 minutes. Thanks for causing my battery problem to go on longer and wasting an entire day of work for me. Either you didn’t even fully test the battery or your machine failed. I give you -5 stars. More
