Took my car in to get serviced was told they needed to order parts. 3 weeks and multiple calls later they finally got it in to fix things. I can understand if they had to order something out of the ordina order parts. 3 weeks and multiple calls later they finally got it in to fix things. I can understand if they had to order something out of the ordinary, but front brakes, and to do a transmission flush should not take 3 weeks to get accomplished. I kept getting told that they had other vehicles they were working on and that they would get to mine as soon as they could. What’s the point in making an appointment to have things done if I drop off my vehicle and it sits for 3 weeks. Customer service is horrible. Would not recommend this dealer or there management to anyone. More

Took my car in to see why it wouldn’t start. The diagnosis from the tech came back as “needs a new CCRM and fuel pump.” Just as well I got a second opinion after only wasting money on a new CCRM tha diagnosis from the tech came back as “needs a new CCRM and fuel pump.” Just as well I got a second opinion after only wasting money on a new CCRM that did nothing to fix anything. The problem was the PCM. I asked the service guy if I can have a refund on the diagnosis fee that was clearly wrong. I understand somebody took the time to look at it, but they wanted to charge me $1200 to replace things that didn’t need to be replaced. If the dealer can’t refund for a false diagnosis, what course of action is there for wasting over $1000? More

I have taken my truck in twice for service and Lynette has been awesome both times. The first time was for my trailer power. Ed Kenley looked at it for two days and said the issue was my trailer. Wilso has been awesome both times. The first time was for my trailer power. Ed Kenley looked at it for two days and said the issue was my trailer. Wilson had it for 20 minutes and fixed the issue with the trucks power and I was on my way in less than an hour. Second time was routing oil change but was done quickly with excellent customer service from Lynette. More
