We bought a Toyota-certified used vehicle, as well as a maintenance contract. Bottom line, during our interactions with Wilsonville Toyota regarding a service issue only 2 weeks after we bought the car, we maintenance contract. Roger Stefan takes the "No Bull" slogan to heart and makes it clear as day that his main goal was to make sure that I found a car that fits my needs and my budget. Roger didn't try to up-sell me on a car I didn't need or try to convince me to go past my budget in any way. He even took the time to wander around the whole lot to help me find a car that was a good fit for me. Once I had decided that it was the car for me Roger made all the paperwork super easy to deal with. He laid out all of the options I had for warranties, maintenance packages, etc. and then didn't try to push me into any of them when I wanted to pass on them. Overall, Robert is a friendly, helpful, and accommodating sales person who makes the "No Bull" slogan live up to its name. I would gladly recommend both Roger and this location as a great place to purchase from. More
