Honda Fit 2015 Why do I have the feeling when one gets the 30,000 mi. schedule maintenance that in fact all items requiring replacement were replaced and tire truly Why do I have the feeling when one gets the 30,000 mi. schedule maintenance that in fact all items requiring replacement were replaced and tire truly rotated and BLANCHED; etc I NO longer have the faith that I had with my first fit, 2nd fit, now my 3rd fit I feel that I am getting lip/checklist mentality. Starting with the web site to make an appointment, Dexter following up with what needs to be done and estimated cost, to picking up the Fit and Dexter taking the time to explain exactly what was done; to the super cashier "willing to take my money" he he. Overall Honda service department is still supper as it was when I bought my first FIT. I love the new design, but I still do NOT get a warm and fuzzy feeling about the maintenance was performed. More

I have been leery of service advice received before but I am confident in the new people I see at Wolfchase. The lady named Vanessa who checked me out was very rude. She was the only checkout person and insisted even though I was leaning on the other counter over 6 feet away from her that I had to move to a certain spot behind her current customer! SHE was not even wearing a mask but seemed to be a control freak on customers!! She also didn't give me a coupon for a carwash that they give each time you get service! I asked the young man who was really nice and brought my vehicle to me and he went and got me one. I think you should have people who are friendly and helpful at each stage of the service. More
