Charged for services I asked not to be done Dropped m vehicle off and the intake service member asked me all the service and issues I was dropping my car off for. He said so rotate tires. He asked me 3 different times and I again confirmed please do NOT. He also kept asking me the issue with my car and tried to type the check engine light was on and I corrected him that it was NOT. Yet when my service team member called me to confirm he stated your check engine light is on correct and I said no. He removed that note. When I picked up my car I was surprised by the costs but was late so I just paid the bill to let the cashiers leave. Got in my car and the tires had been rotated and I was charged for that unwanted service. My service guy Tony is great and helps very well. This is NOT about his performance at all. More

13 is a LUCKY number! This was by the far the BEST anniversary and experience all in one evening!!! My husband and I stopped in to look and Mr.Harmon met us immediately. We told him what we wanted and he went straight to work. We left to make dinner reservations and received a text to meet him back at the dealership after dinner, that the deal was DONE. He stayed way past quitting time and with the exceptional service of Bill Thomas in finance as well, select brand new car owners.
