an okay experience overall I liked my salesman's personality, although I did not like the long back and forth dealing on the price. I finally caved because it was taking so lon I liked my salesman's personality, although I did not like the long back and forth dealing on the price. I finally caved because it was taking so long as he consulted with his manager several times. I'm sure that was the intent and result of the dealer's sales training, but I appreciate a more sophisticated technique. When I picked up the car, I lost my temper when Sean told me Ii would need to go to AT&T to get help setting up Bluetooth. When I said I would just "return" the car, he figured out how to make Bluetooth work. I was irritated sufficiently that I forgot to ask him to help me set up the automatic garage door opener. I do not know how to use the safety features, but Sean said to "practice" and then come back if I couldn't work them myself. I will read the manual and try to decipher how to use them. As a resident of old-East Memphis, I don't want to drive to the dealership for more assistance. More
