life saver I brought in my Accord for an oil change. The technician saw a nail in the sidewall of my tire. The tire pressure was good so the TPMS did not alert m I brought in my Accord for an oil change. The technician saw a nail in the sidewall of my tire. The tire pressure was good so the TPMS did not alert me to the puncture. Because he caught it, I was able to replace the tire. Imagine what would have happened if the tire blew at 70 mph,: that nightmare scenario was avoided plus all the inconvenience of changing a tire or being stranded. Everyone there treats my car like it was their car and that extra special care, the careful look through makes a huge difference. Tony was my service rep and he was very through and professional. Wait time The service has always been excellent at Wolfchase Honda. I have been bringing my cars there for 15 years. I always try to get Dexter to wait on me a The service has always been excellent at Wolfchase Honda. I have been bringing my cars there for 15 years. I always try to get Dexter to wait on me and he had always been most kind and efficient. However, this last visit was not so good. All I had done was the 20,000 mile check up on my accord. I checked in with Dexter at 9:15 am and my car was ready at NOON!!!!! A ridiculous wait time. I only live three minutes from the Honda dealership on Covington Pike and this wait time made me think about going back to Wolfchase. More
