2nd time I have left with issue This is the 2nd time I have had my car serviced (oil change) on a Saturday. Drove home & parked car until Monday morning & when I start it up the tire This is the 2nd time I have had my car serviced (oil change) on a Saturday. Drove home & parked car until Monday morning & when I start it up the tire pressure light came on. The 1st time, I chalked it up to Memphis roads but it’s a bit coincidental this has happened 2x after having serviced. If there is a 3rd time, I will not return. More

Excellent service! We bought a Civic a little over a year ago and have been very pleased with it. We brought our Civic in for its first oil change. The people that initially took in our car were friendly, prompt and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner and they notified us when the work was complete. My wife and I have been impressed and very pleased with our car and your personnel that we dealt with in our first oil change. Our daughter also bought a CRV recently and she is more than happy with it. I think the representative that we spoke with at the conclusion of the service was Kenneth Jones. Getting customer’s consent I love this service center, however, a mixup came about when I only asked for one service and received additional services.
