Had a metal bar hanging down under the middle of the car. They put the car on the lift. Saw that the bar was one that help the gas tank in place. Put it back on, washed the car and I was on my way. We had considered trading our car a few years before and purchasing from a different dealership, and that Everyone was polite and easy to work with. We had considered trading our car a few years before and purchasing from a different dealership, and that salesman was frankly quite rude about the value of our trade-in. Obviously when you are shopping for a new car, it is because you are already aware of the fact that your trade-in is an old car and you don't need a salesman belittling the value of a car that you have driven your family around in for years. I felt like Woodhouse was a much better trade-in experience and the end result was us leaving there in a new vehicle, where the other dealership lost my business because of the way they approached our trade in.
