I called before I went and I asked if the vehicle had any rust and I was told no. After driving an hour to the dealership I find the truck had enough rust I could put my fingers through the side of the picku rust and I was told no. After driving an hour to the dealership I find the truck had enough rust I could put my fingers through the side of the pickup. Then after I bargained to buy the truck, I leave and the check engine light comes on. Then a week later it shows no oil pressure. When I was looking at the truck I was told it had hands free for my phone. I get home and find that it did not have hands free. It had power folding mirrors and only the drivers side automatically folded. I was told there were two previous owners and later found out there were seven owners. In less than two months I finally got tired of all the problems and went to another dealership and traded it off losing money on the deal but bought the truck wanting something dependable and it was less than dependable. More

Fast and efficient. I appreciate that the service department takes the time to explain everything to a "little old lady" who really knows nothing about maintaining a car. My review reflects the accessories department more than anything. Seems like only one person in the whole company can help me but she’s been gone for over 3 weeks on vacation or sickness or something else. anything. I told my new car sales person that I was interested in getting the issue addressed before answering my surveys, but I’m tired of calling and not hearing from anyone. I even took the truck in with a trailer to show the manager and sales person but I get the “she’s on vacation and will be back Friday”. We will call you then. Hear nothing, call Wednesday, “she’s out sick now and you don’t need to call again, we will call you when she returns”. Week later, nothing..... More
