Shaking experience at first I had been looking and searching for a particular car for several months. When I found a used Infiniti Q70 on the Woodhouse website, I looking forward I had been looking and searching for a particular car for several months. When I found a used Infiniti Q70 on the Woodhouse website, I looking forward to finding out more information about the car. I contacted the dealership via email and started my initial inquiry about the car with Todd Cohoe. He started out fine and answered most of my question. Once I started to negotiate the price of the car and I was stonewalled. Research and comparison online showed the price of the car was WAY over priced. I was just given the regular sales pitch we have the lowest price, "at cost," mumbo jumbo. There was no attempt to work with me or ever try to earn my business by Todd. It was disappointing to say the least. Fast forward several weeks and low and behold the car sat on the lot for many days and the price had to be dropped at least twice. Thankfully, I reached out again after a disappointing experience with Todd and got in touch with Gus. Mr. Gus was super helpful and when I finally made it into the dealership to see the car... I was then introduced to Shane Martinez. Mr. Martinez was great! He had great mannerisms and a nice sense of humor. I appreciated his helpfulness and not being on of the "sales guys" that makes car shopping annoying. Shane was willing to negotiate with and for me and we found a decent price for the car. I am a happy customer and enjoying my new car. Thank you Gus and Shane! Love the indoor shopping experience at Woodhouse as well. It's very unique and impressive inside the facility. More

Service center review Two weeks I took my car in for one of the tire rim to be assessed for repair and did not receive any update as I called to inquire about the status of Two weeks I took my car in for one of the tire rim to be assessed for repair and did not receive any update as I called to inquire about the status of the coverage of the insurance that we purchased from the GMC dealership when we bought the car less than 2 months ago. No one in the department had any knowledge of the claim or any documents of who was checking with the warranty coverage. The manager assist me in scheduling an appointment for next week and I ask how long would it take. Since it was unknown I asked for a rental. The day of my appointment no one at the service desk had an appointment scheduled for me nor a rental car as promised by the manager. They found a car for me and about 2.5 hours later the manager called me back informing me that it could not be repaired and that for a replacement it was going to be approximately $800. As I informed him that when we purchased the vehicle the selling point of the financial sales person that each of the rims were close to $1000 and this package covers the replacements at no cost to us out of pocket. The manager states that there is no reccord of any purchased warranty with them that would cover this replacement. He informed me that he had checked with the financial sales rep that completed our paperwork in the purchase. I called the financial office and asked to speak to the representative that sold us the warranty. He quickly informed me that he put in the wrong code and that's why it didn't pop up to see that we had purchased that warranty. As I then proceeded to ask him at this point can we get it ordered and replaced then? He informs me he is unsure that would be the service department's call. No assistance of helping me e en after the fact it was a mistake on only on his end but also the inconsistency of the body service losing the initial visit two weeks ago. I understand each department has their own specialty, however both departments are in the same building and neither could communicate? Not one person took ownership of the lack of failure loosing my initial claim or failure to fully look into my warranty coverage. I was quickly told I could replace the rim for $800. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and professional in anybody the staff involved in this process. I am a mom with two toddlers that require carseats and it was a huge inconvenience for me and my family due to the lack of coordination from both the service and financial developments. I do understand these things happen but the multiple items that should of been documented from as simple as the initial visit from the warranty coverage to the time I spoke to the manager to make the follow up appointment 3 weeks later was no where to be found. Our first impression with GMC is with the sales representative Shane. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and arranged different vehicles styles for us to test drive at our convenience. It's been a few months now and I purposely waited to complete this survey to see if anyone from either departments would follow up on anything or at least just call to make sure the newly purchased vehicle was performing as we would hope for.....
