I asked for an inspection while my car was in service and they told me nothing about the car and they didn’t refill my oil either after replacing the oil pressure switch which is at a low elevation. Got my car back with practically no oil in it. And a couple scuffs on my front bumper. Now I hear noise coming from the front drivers side. What the xxxx? But besides that it was a good experience. 2017 GMC Yukon Denali having shuddering at random speeds. Took in to wood house Buick gmc. Described shuddering/vibration to service tech. Was told we needed new tires and an alignment. When asked if they had felt the shuddering, told by service tech he did not know. Was sure it wasn’t a transmission issue. Drove car home and same issue. Shuddering worse now. Called back to service, explained issue not fixed. Was told to bring vehicle back in to be evaluated. Took the manager on a ride so he could feel the issue. He knew right away. Disappointed that from the start no one acted like they knew what was wrong, nor did they attempt to figure it out. Instead looked at tires and blamed them for the shuddering. Dealt with several service employees who didn’t seem interested in helping until the manager got involved. Not a very pleasant experience. More
