This was my first time moving away from a dealer and trying my luck with an Auto Leasing Company. A buddy of mine used Xclusive and told me that I should try it. We contacted Abe on a Thursday night, trying my luck with an Auto Leasing Company. A buddy of mine used Xclusive and told me that I should try it. We contacted Abe on a Thursday night, I told him the car I was interested in and he blew me away witht he price. I went to see him on Saturday and in 15 minutes agreed on a purchase. The car was delivered on Monday afternoon and after about 20 minutes I was out the door driving away. Abe was fantastic, not pushy at all, extremely professional. I usually dread going to buy a car, I hate the whole process at a dealership. There's no fighting here, there's no "let me talk to my manager". It was the easiest most stressfull sale that I have ever had buying a car. Safe to say I will not be using a dealership again. Thanks again Xlusive and Abe!! Steve was able to find the exact SUV we were looking for at a much lower price. And they even had the car delivered to my house in North Jersey! And I am very satisfied with the length and price of my new car lease. Compared with other dealers, I didn't get harassed through phone or emails at all. Also, Xclusive has also been very flexible and responsive to my requests. They worked very late to make sure it gets delivered the day I wanted. There also was a little glitch in my contract when the car was delivered but Steve got it fixed and sent back to me very fast when I was traveling. Hope they keep up with their quality work! More
