As a female it’s always intimidating to walk into a dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. He asked questions to better understand what I was looking for as well as told me his insi dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. I walked in wanting to trade in my Optima for an AWD and when I you I went in looking at a Sportage I left with a Seltos. Noel is very knowledgeable of what he does! I love that he kept positive energy even with the few hiccups we had. & last but not least I can not forget about Matt( the guy that has you sign your life away jk jk ). I bought my Optima 3 years ago with Yonkers Kia and he was the last face we saw and someone to never forget, so when I sat back in his office 3 years later, I was super comfy in knowing I was placed in great hands. Once again he worked his magic as always! I want to thank Yonkers Kia for doing what you do making sure your customers are always first. God willing see you guys in another 3 years :) More

Additionally he offers a comfortable waiting area with Complimentary snacks and coffee - and will also provide a Complimentary ride if needed. And his check-in person named 'Singh' showed me that my NY State Inspection Sticker had expired ! So I had my Kia Soul inspected simultaneously to my scheduled maintenance visit. That saved me a separate inspection trip and a possible ticket. Thanks Efrain - you're an excellent representative for KIA and you certainly have made my life a easier during this COVID Pandemic.
