I will never go to a Nissan dealer again, and may not buy another Nissan based on this and a previous service. I brought the Xterra in to Younger Nissan to repair the air conditioning which was blowing ho another Nissan based on this and a previous service. I brought the Xterra in to Younger Nissan to repair the air conditioning which was blowing hot. I waited in the waiting room and assumed they were evaluating and fixing the AC. Three hours later, after multiple requests, I was presented with an estimate for $6000 for work that was not needed, and they had not repaired the AC. The service advisor explained that based on their review these extra $5000 in repairs were needed on top of the $800 for the AC. After further questioning, I was told that most of the recommended "repairs" were based on their recommendations for a car of my age and mileage. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS ESTIMATE I JUST WANTED MY AC FIXED. I had been to Darcars of Nissan of Rockville just 2 months earlier where they came up with $2000 of "repairs", and I agreed to $1000 of them. Same bait and switch, but more reasonable cost. Why did Darcars find $2k and Younger find $6k after I drove only 1000 additional miles? And were any of the repairs really needed or just based on mileage since these dealers did not know the work I had done with other dealers I took the Xterra to my local mechanic the next day who repaired my AC in 3 hours for $700, less than the Nissan dealer quoted, with a 1 year parts and service warranty. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MY LOCAL MECHANIC DID WHAT I ASKED. This kind of estimating "fake repairs based on mileage" is predatory and dishonest, and seems to be common at all Nissan dealers, but especially at Younger. Shame on Nissan, and especially shame on Younger Nissan! More

My sales person Robert Peterson was absolutely great. He was very professional and very courteous. He actually took over for another sales person that I was working with who was no longer with the compan He was very professional and very courteous. He actually took over for another sales person that I was working with who was no longer with the company and it was seamless. The car we wanted to see was ready when we got there. He met us at the door And like I said before very professional very courteous. We were about to go on the test drive and he actually gave us an auxiliary plug for the car because we didn’t have one from his own car just so we can test out the radio and stuff. After the test drive after the test drive we didn’t feel any kind of pressure from him whatsoever. We decided to get the car and the negotiation process was very simple. While we’re waiting on paperwork, he offered us snacks and drinks. My wife informed him that she was watching what she ate so she didn’t want any chips or cookies and he actually went and got her a granola bar. We feel like he went out of his way to make us comfortable and make this whole process as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend you go to younger Nissan and ask for Robert More
