Even when I had some correct information (of my own research) I was directed to the Finance Department for why I was not able to do it the way I had been instructed. After several rounds of trying to weasel around to get my way I finally relented and said I'm just an old downhome country boy so you're going to have to bring it down to my level and let me know how is has to be. Things were taken care of so thoroughly, courteously and humorously, that I made up my mind I had actually meet this gal. Paige gave me the best experience I have ever had buying anything. When things got a touch emotional, with my daughters first car buying experience, Paige took full control and had my daughter back to laughing in no time. She made us feel like we actually belonged there: not just being there. We truly appreciated how everyone we dealt with was always ready and willing to help address and take care of our needs. Like holding the vehicle until the weekend so my daughter didn't have to schedule a day off from her job. Things like this might not mean a lot to most people but it sure meant a lot to us.
