A nice sales and service experience We found a used vehicle online and were assigned a salesman by the name of Tony Araujo. Tony treated us very respectfully, answered all questions and was very helpful. He made our buying experience easy. After receiving our registration and subsequent state inspection, it was revealed that two tires would allow a "pass". Technically, they were within limits when we purchased the vehicle but did not pass upon inspection. After sharing the concern with Younger the service department honored us by replacing the two tires, though they were not required. We appreciated that they considered it as more of moral obligation and a gesture of good customer service. Thank you. More

When I called and spoke with Steve Latour, he told me he was getting I viewed a used vehicle Younger Nissan had on their lot through a internet site. When I called and spoke with Steve Latour, he told me he was getting ready to leave for the evening but said he would be happy to wait until I arrived. Steve showed me the vehicle then said take it home to show your wife, drive it around see what you think and Ill see you when you get back. He was leaving for the day but stayed around and allowed me full access to the vehicle until I was ready to form an opinion on whether I was interested in purchasing. He could have easily pushed me off to another salesperson and gone on his way but he went above and beyond the call to accomodate me. I purchased the vehicle and picked it up the next afternoon, which was his day off but he still came in and delivered the car in person. More

A mistake on my part was handled very well by Younger Nissan On picking up my Murano from Younger Nissan's service department, I noticed white paint markings on my car. I told Joe Geisbert, my service adviser and Jason Barber the service dept manager that I felt it had surely happened during my service appointment. Many dealerships would have denied responsibility and left it at that. Both gentlemen immediately gave credibility to my claim and made the necessary (excellent) repairs. It wasn't until I returned home that I became aware that the damage had been done by me. I reported this to the dealership and they were very forgiving and understanding. The matter was resolved extremely favorably and I am very appreciative. I have so far bought two new Muranos from Younger Nissan and have had all of my many years of service done here. Of course I will continue this fine relationship and suggest that anyone in the market for a Nissan or service department can deal here with complete confidence. More

This was my first Lease Turn - in, Brenton answered all my questions and I was able to Turn-in my old 2016 Nissan Rogue lease and take another new lease of 2018 Nissan Rogue SV. For more than a week I have been visiting and calling all the nearby Nissan dealerships for best price, finally only Younger Nissan gave me an aggressive pricing and I took the vehicle. Brenton gave me a complete demo of all the features in my new Rogue, he is the best. I am very happy and satisfied working with Brenton and Rob at Younger Nissan dealership. They turned a nightmare into a positive experience! I had been having issues with my car for some time. It started with needing a new transmission 2 years after purchasing it. Quite an expense as it ha I had been having issues with my car for some time. It started with needing a new transmission 2 years after purchasing it. Quite an expense as it had just passed its warranty. A year later an axel came loose. When I brought the car in yesterday and was told the transmission was faulty again needing replaced (again, out of warranty) the service manager Jason, after determining that it would be a large expense to fix my car, and listening to my (not very happy) rant!! ... took me to the new car department to see what they could do. Brenton assisted me with choosing a vehicle. He was upbeat, knowledgeable and had me in a positive mood by the end of the evening. Then Edward Beleznay in the finance dept assisted me. He gave me concise and reasonable info about my transaction. They arranged to completely pay my car off and gave me a generous rebate, I was able to get a very reasonable interest rate as well as providing a 125,000 warranty and 5 free oil changes. I am hopeful that this vehicle will serve me well. They all definitely put me at ease after a very long day and a stressful situation. More
