Another great experience I took my 2014 Rogue in for its regular oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I don't think I was there more than 45 minutes. It was great! First of all I called to inquiry about a used vehicle and was transferred immediately to the nicest, most professional individual I’ve ever dealt with First of all I called to inquiry about a used vehicle and was transferred immediately to the nicest, most professional individual I’ve ever dealt with, Christa. She couldn’t have been nicer and scheduled a test drive for me the following day. When I showed up I was greeted by my salesman, Joey Johnson. Again, the nicest and lowest pressure salesman you will ever meet! A great guy all the way around...ask for Joey! He brought the vehicle to me and recommend I take a long drive to get to know the vehicle and come back at least 30 mins later. We loved the vehicle and the dealership...it’s no wonder the dealership has so many accolades! We worked with Joey and the sales manager, Karl Brady...again, Karl couldn’t have been a nicer guy and more professional to work with! Brenton is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Tyrone Greene worked under Brenton. He Is quick to learn and also very personable. He will definitely be a good salesman. Although I did not intend to purchase or lease a vehicle I came back the next day and did lease. This was the first time that I had leased a vehicle and Jessi Torynson was very thorough in explaining everything and very nice to work with. Phil Sizemore was also very personable and wanted to ensure that I had a good experience. I would definitely recommend Younger Nissan to others and would not hesitate to return.
