Your prices are not competitive compared to other area auto service shops. Most dealerships are normally not. Shopping around, we can get both services done for just a little over half of your quote. Living on a fixed income, we have to consider the cost as long as the work is done by qualified ASE Techs. That's not a condemnation of your shop, just a reality for us. Gordon More

I couldn't seem to find just what I wanted for the price I wanted and some salesmen really turned me off. I was beginning to feel hopeless. Then one day, I asked God to lead me to the right dealership and the perfect car for me. I was not even looking at Nissan dealerships at the time. I then, went on the Nissan website and began looking at cars. I came across my perfect car! :)) I began talking to Jason Bhargava and he was more responsive and helpful than the 10 other sales people I had spoken to at other dealerships. He was attentive and funny, and kept things light! I am in sales as well, and never once felt like he just wanted to make a sale. He really wanted to help me, and that he did! I also met Emma Cook is the Service department and she was very personable and sweet! Atmosphere makes all the difference. I LOVE Younger Nissan and will most likely be buying my next car from them (unless I get rich... then I am buying a Corvette!). :) **Feeling Grateful** More

Friendly staff...but poor technical service. I brought Younger Nissan my recently purchased used 2007 Armada, which the previous owner placed 4 new tires before selling. I had vibrations while dr I brought Younger Nissan my recently purchased used 2007 Armada, which the previous owner placed 4 new tires before selling. I had vibrations while driving that lead me to believe they were not balanced and the rear suspension felt funny. I paid extra to have the tires "road force" balanced only to find out two of the tires could not be balanced - out of spec (recommended replacing two tires). Younger inspected and found that the rear air suspension was not working due to: (1) the ride height sensor was bent (recommended to be replaced) and (2) the air compressor bushings were worn out (recommend replace compressor). I paid for the inspection and balancing. I took the vehicle to another local shop...balanced the tires no problem. I asked them to replace the ride height sensor and see if that fixes the rear suspension. They did, it did not help. They investigated further and found out that it was a $20 fuse that had blown. The other local shop saved me over a thousand dollars in tires and a new compressor that wasn't necessary. I also had a tire pressure monitor light flashing. Younger replaced one and a few weeks later it came back on. This was not cheap, but I do not feel comfortable in trusting I will get an accurate response or inspection from Younger. Are they going to charge me another inspection fee just to see if the one replaced is the one that supposedly went bad the first time? Will I get the true answer? More

After performing diligent internet searches and reaching out to a few dealerships via their websites, we decided firstly to visit Younger Nissan of Frederick. After a short time on the lot looking at used trucks, we were greeted by Mr. Jesse Kincaid. We found Mr. Kincaid to be extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. He arranged for several test drives, and he very ably answered our many questions. We found the Nissan Frontier to be a suitable vehicle, but before making a final decision, we decided to visit several other dealerships to inspect other makes and models. The manner in which we were greeted and assisted (when we were even greeted) paled in comparison to the treatment we received from Mr. Kincaid. We returned to Younger Nissan later that same day and purchased a brand new Nissan Frontier 4x4. Mr. Kincaid followed up via telephone a few days later to ensure our satisfaction, and when I reached out to him via e-mail with a question, he promptly answered me. We highly recommend Younger Nissan and especially Jesse Kincaid. More
