Scheduled for a mirror recall on my passport and have had issues since. The mirror looks like a funhouse mirror. I went back in immediately and they said I would get a call later that day - never received issues since. The mirror looks like a funhouse mirror. I dropped my car off to be repaired and never received a call saying the work was complete. When I called at 4 said it was ready and I requested a shuttle. When I got there I was handed my keys and said your car is there or around the corner. As I was driving the mirror is NOT fixed - it still looks wavy like a fun house mirror. I immediately called and was sent to service the phone rang for over a minute and then said ‘MRS *** I swear your car is ready I saw the paperwork.’ They didn’t say hello or even know I already had picked up my car. I was told the mirror issue is still a problem and was told I will hear back about scheduling or what they can do to actually fix an issue they caused and nothing. More

I came in for an oil change. I didn't know that you guys were having a deal where you spend $50+ and you get free windshield wipers. I did ask for new windshield wipers but had n I didn't know that you guys were having a deal where you spend $50+ and you get free windshield wipers. I did ask for new windshield wipers but had no knowledge of the deal. When the gentleman who checked me in came to hand me the bill he told me the windshield wipers were free because I spent $50+ dollars. This was a pleasant surprise and one of the reasons I only go with the Honda dealership. He's an excellent employee and should be told so. More
