Came in for a 1 pm tire swap appointment. Took two hours. That was only after I asked what was taking so long. Also there was supposed to be a raffle that was advertised via email. The email stated that if you brought in a toy or food for charity (this was Black Friday), you would get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. The email clearly stated that a winner would be chosen every hour and that you had to be present to win. I brought in a bag of non perishable food and asked one of the workers about the raffle. He did not know what I was taking about. He was able to find me a raffle ticket and asked me to fill out my name and phone number on the ticket. Being there for two hours and they there was never a winner called. When my car was finally done, I inquired about the raffle with the cashier. She said, “maybe they will post the winners on Facebook later on.” I explained that the email clearly stated that a winner would be drawn every hour and that the winner would need to be present to win. She did have me wait while she went to get answers. She came back and notified me that they would draw later and call the winners. I question if there was ever a drawing? Don’t think it’s cool to mislead or possibly even downright lie about something like that. Would love to see a list of prizes and winners. More
