I found the dealership welcoming and not high pressure. Ben was well versed in the models and their features. We enjoyed Ben on a number of levels - excellent knowledge, welcome to our questions and patient with our needs. We could not have been more pleased. We also worked with Brain ? and Greg Rietz for the closing paper work which was handled efficiently. Delivery of the vehicle was handle expertly. We really didn't plan on buying a car on this visit but because of the way things were handled we decided to go ahead and do so. I hate buying cars but this was a super experience and I will go back to Zimmerman and Ben for my next car purchase. More

We showed up around 10am interested in but not dead-set on a Pilot, were talking to Tony about it within about 30 seconds of entering the building, and test drove one probably 5 minutes later. We broke for lunch and to compare other vehicles/dealers, but came back and had a new Pilot before the end of the day. Tony didn't pressure us into anything, he and everyone there gave us a very fair price on our trade-in, and he even had our other car washed while we were there! I couldn't recommend the guy enough. Aaron Miguel was a fascinating individual to work with and it was nice and rare to be treated like a human being and not some sales goal. He wasn't pushy at all like all other salesmen. I congratulate his free spirited-ness to the freedom that Zimmerman allows their salesmen to express. Aaron's theme is more about founding a stable relationship then "just don't let them leave without a car", which is unfortunately an ethic that has been infused in about every other car dealership. Aaron went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and the finance department was well informed and prepared. Zimmerman just got two new customers for life and your team (Aaron, Sean or Shawn, Luke) are the ones to thank. We visited four dealerships and also negotiated with two online including the other local Honda dealership and by far this was the place that we felt comfortable due to a friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. I do not make impulse purchases and let Tony know ahead of time we like to take our time when making major purchases. Tony was perfect. He answered any phone call I made and if I had a question and he wasn't sure of the answer, he didn't make something up (unlike a competitor), he found the correct answer out for me. He is extremely courteous and helpful as was the rest of the staff. Off the top of my head, Marty, RC, Brian, and Sean all spent time talking with us and giving attention to our Chihuahua and Yorkie. As far as price goes, they met our best trade in offer and beat out best sale offer for the car we were purchasing. The price was less than what TrueCar said was a great purchase price. Aaron from finance was also great and found an offer that saved us some basis points on our financing agreement. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Tony. He will bend over backwards for you and will not pressure you into making a decision before you are comfortable. More
