Greatest salesman ever! Marty Curry has the patience of a saint, he worked with us answering questions etc. for over a month before we found the car we wanted. Each time we visited Zimmerman's lot Marty greeted us with a megawatt smile and great enthusiasm. He obviously loves his job and is a joy to work with. Marty made our car buying experience go quick and smooth. Luke Jewell handled the finance end and was also very good to deal with.This is our first Honda and our first time to deal with Zimmerman Honda. I hope dealing with the entire Zimmerman team is as excellent as dealing with Marty Curry was. More
It's Not Just The Price Recently I spent more than a week researching and test driving 3 different brands of car, one of which was a Honda. They ranged in price from $20,000 through $25,000 Out The Door. I ended up buying the Honda, priced 25% above one of the other vehicles, which by the way is a very popular, stylish and reliable vehicle. Why was I prepared to spend $5,000 more? It's about the service provided by the sales and business staff. Randy Hill was highly responsive to my emails and phone calls, and his product knowledge made it easy to compare the features of the different styles. Obviously price is important, and Randy worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He is very professional and exceptionally personable. The Zimmerman dealership is 40 miles from my house, so multiple round trips of 80 miles had better be worth it. They were. More
Maintenance I had them perform a routine maintence, that of replacing the timing belt and water pump. When I started to drive away I noticed an engine vibration I had them perform a routine maintence, that of replacing the timing belt and water pump. When I started to drive away I noticed an engine vibration that was not there before. Initially they were hesitant to to believe that it had anything to do with the worked they performed. There upon I agreed to drive it home in hopes that it was possibly a motor mount issue that would resolve itself. The next day I called the service consultant and he suggested that I bring it back for evaluation. They rechecked the timing and several other possible causes but to no avail. The vibration still persisted. And I was told that the worked performed was correct. So the tech asked me what I wanted them to do. I said please fix it. They then gave me a loaner car to return home. They called later saying basically they did all they could. But the vibration was still there!!! I assumed I would be picking up my car and just living with the vibration waiting for some future engine failure. But to my surprise I discovered that they believed my protests that the vibration was not there before. They reperformed the entire procedure and discovered the cause and corrected it. No more vibration. My faith in the adage the "customer is right" has been renewed. Those at Zimmerman Honda from the personal attention by the service consultant, mechanics even the owner himself made great effort to correct the problem.
