The Honda Accord was the right fit I hadn't purchased a car in more than 10 years. This was the year to get a different car. I went to many dealerships and dealt with nice people at each one. I found that I was having trouble finding a car seat that supported by back and hips. I finally found a car and car seat that worked for me: the 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Jeff Dolan and his sales manager, Sean Fortin, were great. They were very patient, very knowledgeable and worked with me so I could find the right car at a rate I could afford. I was very pleased with how I was treated by Jeff, Sean and the rest of the Zimmerman Honda team. I also am very happy with the car I purchased. More

Fun Buying a Civic We went to Merlin at Zimmerman with an opened mind about several different models of Hondas as we hadn't purchased a new car in several years. Merlin thoroughly explained the features of the different cars and assisted us in test driving those of particular interest. He was very helpful and supportive through our selection process while not making us feel pressured in any way. We ultimately decided on a new Civic as our best fit (we are now a Two Civic Family). The paperwork, trade-in and finance processes were efficient with no frustrations. Merlin explained all of the features of our new car and made sure that all questions were answered before we left. Adversely, when we went to pay, we where led into a room and the "finance manager" tried to give us a spill and he was deceptive in my view; especially when he told me he was required by law to try to sell us things like windshield treatment. This isn't my first rodeo and I thought he was very foolish to jepordize a $40000.00 transaction over something so insignificant. I nearly walked when he told me that as I cannot abide deception.
