I began my search in 2020 and then held off on purchasing a Honda Odyssey and actively began my search again at the beginning of 2023. We were on the waiting list for a 2024 Honda Odyssey and it took 11 months to come in. My coworker recommended Luis after my car was totaled by a deer the previous week. Luis was amazingly helpful during our car buying experience. I had originally reserved an HRV LX scheduled to arrive later a deer the previous week. Luis was amazingly helpful during our car buying experience. I had originally reserved an HRV LX scheduled to arrive later that week. After leaving the dealership that Saturday, I decided I wanted an HRV Sport also scheduled to arrive that week. I emailed Luis on Sunday not thinking he would receive my email until Monday AM. To my surprise, Luis responded Sunday afternoon confirming my decision change. Once my car arrived, Luis thoroughly reviewed the owners manual with us specific to my model. His obvious passion and care for his customers is refreshing. We knew we were not just a sale to him. As my coworker said, “they don’t make them like Luis anymore.” He is truly special. More
