His exhibited patience in my selection and narrowing down process of vehicles, consistent prompt feedback and thorough updates on advising me on the specs of the vehicles and cost made me feel comfortable in trusting him. When I reached the point of making my ultimate decision and desire to push through a deal, Ilya was away on vacation, yet still took the time to push through the paperwork for me as well as set up the delivery of the vehicle to me. This was quite memorable as he could have told me to just wait until he returned from his vacation to start the process.
