The whole experience with Gary was top-notch. I wanted a Volvo XC90 in a particular color with a particular combination of options that I knew was difficult to find. All I did was run down the list of options that I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Gary was very transparent throughout the whole process and found multiple vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I have pretty crazy work hours and he made sure his availabilities worked around my schedule. He was easy to reach and the entire deal was done over the phone and online. Furthermore, we needed the vehicle to be registered out of state, which proved to be no problem for Gary. When we finally picked up the vehicle, he made sure to explain to my wife and I all the features of the vehicle. Gary is an honest person, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable.
