Absolutely horrible experience. The sales person I was dealing with, Johnny, was cordial but no knowledge at all about the Cayenne I was trying to buy. His Manager, the Internet Sales Manager, was a real piece of work. Absolutely rude and obnoxious. He goes by the TL and his full name is TL Ricks I was buying a Cayenne and wanted to put half down and take a loan for the remaining against my 401k which takes 3-5 days. I offereed to give the 40k to hold the car but they refused and were pushing me to take a loan from them, otherwise they will sell the car. I got the 401k loan in 3-5 days, set up a time to go pay and pick the car up and they were forcing me to send a picture of the check. When I refused, as it is not secure, they again threatened to sell the car. I was pretty xxxxxx off by then and told them to go ahead and sell the car. They are frauds and bullies. I am happy to spend more money on an authentic Porsche dealership used car than these bunch of hoodlums. STAY AWAY More

TL did a follow up call and it was wonderful talking to him very sincere and business lik just didn’t have a few things that I have to have in a car.
