We visited with.Ms.KIM TRAN my phone prior to our on-site visit, as we were coming from out of town. KIM met us on arrival and the car had been pulled around for us to see. Everything was perfect. Kim showed us all of the exceptional extras on the car explained everything to us and then told us what it would be to buy the car. There was no hard pressure sales, only a very kind, intelligent conversation. We met together with the price and agreed. Kim introduced us.to the manager, by the way, very good and again no pressure. We signed ,and were served snacks as we waited only andhour while they prepared the car for drive out. Thrilled with our purchase and the experience! I loved the fast in and out service very much from ecar one. However agent Jared was very rude and unfriendly, and when he gave me the key to the car, the inside of the car was dirty with stain on the sea one.
